Mongol War Tactics |
After Genghis Khan died one of his sons Ogedei took the role as the Khan leading invasions into Europe being extremely successful going from Asia reaching across to the Caspian sea, he would've kept going until he died (cause was assumed to be alcoholism), causing the Mongol chiefs to head to their homelands and elect a new Khan, historians say that Ogedei's death probably saved all of Europe.

Mongols were taught from a young age archery and how to weild a sword, being taught to release theor arrows when their horses hooves, making them very effective in battle. However when Genghis Khan was in rule he always gave cities about to be invaded the chance to deffect, this proved usefull when he took Chinese engineers and architects to help invade the Qin Dynasty which fell in 221 B.C. and later adapting doctors in their Empires. These tactics of invading and adapting gadgets of other civilisastions proved very useful and was used multiple times. Another thing Genghis Khan did when buliding up the Empire was instead of ranking men by their heritage like usual tradition they were ranked by their merit and loyalty, making more and more love him.
